Processing & Shipping Times
 Orders are processed within 7 business days (excluding weekends and
holidays).
 Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with
tracking details.
 Estimated delivery times vary based on your location and selected
shipping method:
o Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days after processing
o Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days after processing

Shipping Rates & Options
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the
shipping method selected. Below are our standard shipping rates:
 Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): $5.99 flat rate
 Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): $12.99 flat rate
 Bulk Orders (large or heavy packages): Calculated based on weight
and destination at checkout
International Shipping
 We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Tracking Your Order

 You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
 If you do not receive tracking details, please check your spam folder or
contact us at info@npowerhealthcare.com
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
 If your package is lost or delayed, we recommend reaching out to the
shipping carrier first.
 If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of
delivery with photos of the damage, and we will assist you in resolving
the issue.
